We were all super lucky... lucky... to get to see our good friends Kip and Renee and their little girl Violet. For me it was the first time I got to see her. It was so cool to see the little genetic recreation of my friends!!!!Suzanne got to go and have a quick and lovely romp at the beach with this little family!!!!!Check out how super cute they are!!!!!

Hello all!!!! First of all, we would love to thank you all for your comments and lovely compliments to and about our own Dear Suzanne. While little Miss is trekking through the wilds of Alaska shooting an amazing destination wedding...... I am lucky enough to get to announce the winner of the "Underwater Engagement" shoot!!!!!In the end, it was so hard to choose between all of you lovely ladies.... but as we were all girls once, it was the reference to "The Little Mermaid" forking her hair that got us!!!!!So Congratulations ...Maribel Gonzalez!!!!!!!! you are the lucky winner!!!!!

Of all the seasons summer is my favorite, I have even been known to fly down south (Australia, Argentina, Peru, Mauritius) just to avoid a San Diego winter. So I thought i'd post a couple of images that make me think of summer.This year I am extra celebratory because I am the lucky girl who will be in Alaska for the summer solstice photographing Whitney and Greg's awesome Anchorage wedding. I heart summer and I hope everyone has a fabulous one full of kisses and cocktails.
